Leopard and cheetah did not share territory in the Kenyan reserve

A group of tourists traveling through the Masai Mara nature reserve found themselves at the scene of a confrontation between two predatory cats.

The young leopard walked past the vehicles with tourists in a businesslike way and stopped, finding its competitor in the dense thickets.

One wildlife enthusiast captured how the predators, frozen in front of each other, were confused for some time, but the adult cheetah deflated the tense atmosphere and drove the young leopard out of its way.

According to the author of the video, the attacking animal did not attack its competitor and drove him up a tree, after which, with a victorious look, he disappeared into the bushes.
