The Center for Combating Terrorism is already being called the largest prison in Latin America. 
The mega-prison is built in a quiet rural area in isolated place in the municipality of Tekoluk, 74 km from the capital of the country - city of San Salvador. 
"Center for Combating Terrorism" consists of 8 buildings, each of which includes 32 chambers with an area of about 100 square meters. m. Each these one-room "dormitories" are designed for a hundred prisoners. But with the amenities there are not very good: there are only two sinks and two toilet bowls in the cell. The latter, apparently, will never be empty, given the number of inmates. 
But the prison is equipped with the latest technology to prevent escapes, protests and riots. Among other things, this the closed center will be garrisoned by 600 troops and 250 policemen, and with such protection you will not run away.
