An Italian restaurant in Birmingham after a sparkler party.

Fires in public buildings are not always caused by bad wiring or low-quality equipment. Often the fire breaks out due to the fault of the visitors. The restaurant "Caffe Di Milano" in Birmingham nearly burned to the ground because of sparklers.

Customers, leaving their belongings, ran out of the establishment in a panic when they saw how the fire quickly spread throughout the premises. First, the flames engulfed the refrigerator with alcohol, then spread to the walls and ceiling. As it turned out, the culprits of the fire were visitors who had a party with sparklers indoors.

Social networks helped to restore the chronology - a video appeared on them, in which the company “lights up”, dancing with a cake and bottles of champagne. The atmosphere of the holiday is supported by sparklers, which are waved by the girls. One spark was enough to ignite the decor of the room, after which the flame began to spread rapidly over all surfaces of the restaurant.

Luckily, the fire was put out thanks to the staff. It was they who, not at a loss, began to put out the flames on their own even before the arrival of the fire brigade. According to media reports, half an hour after the arrival of firefighters, the fire was extinguished. Its cause was called "sparkler in an alcoholic drink".
