A volunteer turned an old van into a shower room for homeless people (8 photos + 1 video)

Louis, Missouri Resident Purchased for $5,000 truck and converted it into a mobile shower. Now he's leaving on unusual transport to the streets of the city to help homeless people.







This is Jake Austin from St. Louis. Wanting to help the homeless maintain at least some semblance of hygiene, he came up with his own plan for this.





Jake bought this truck for $5,000 and turned it into mobile shower. Now he drives around St. Louis offering free shower for the homeless.



Inside the body, Jake made repairs and installed two showers.



The mobile shower also has two sinks and mirrors. Hygiene is one of the most difficult aspects of homeless life. However, compliance with the minimum hygiene is extremely important for them to keep themselves healthy.



Each visitor receives a clean towel.



The homeless are especially grateful to Jake for the opportunity to be in a comfortable and safe environment.
