The guy killed his younger brother in Primorsky Krai

In Nakhodka, a 20-year-old driver in a Toyota Allion lost control at speed and crashed into a tree. His 12-year-old brother was in the back seat.

The boy, who was in the back seat on the right at the time of the accident, was fatally injured.

Rescuers had to literally cut the driver out of the crumpled car. He's in intensive care.
