In Kaliningrad, the driver of an old Mercedes at an intersection tried to slip through a red traffic light, crashed into a pole and fell on his side. The guy got out of the car and ran away from the scene of the accident.

A few hours later, the driver was identified and held liable for violations. The 20-year-old motorist explained that he was confused, so he left the scene of the accident.
