In the city of Zarechny (Sverdlovsk region), a man walked along the roadway and at least once threw himself under the wheels of a car. Fortunately, he did not receive serious injuries.

Later it turned out that the man was mentally ill. Now the issue of placing him in a psychiatric hospital is being decided.
