"There are places in Kyiv where I always get good shots. Glory Park is one of them. In November 1993, on the anniversary of the liberation Kyiv, together with about twenty photographers and cameramen I arrived to film the laying of wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

In the distance there was a revival - a column of tall bosses. Suddenly, there was a loud clang of metal on stone nearby. I quickly switched the camera to the sound and pressed the shutter: one of the soldiers of the company of the honorary the sentry lay unconscious on the granite path.

I managed to take only one shot - the boy was immediately taken away. Some of the photographers standing nearby just asked what it was?
