A Telegram channel associated with the Wagner PMC published a video of the execution of an ex-prisoner who went to the front and then defected to Ukraine.
In the video, Wagnerite Evgeniy Nuzhin, who first surrendered to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and then somehow fell into the hands of the invaders (possibly in the process of exchanging prisoners), where he was executed with a hammer.
He says that “he was walking along the street of Kyiv, received a blow to the head, and woke up in this basement, where they told me that I would be tried.” After this they hit him on the head with a sledgehammer. The caption “Liquidated” appears on the video.
The Wagnerites took responsibility for what was done.
