Another mobile prisoner from Russia told SBU officers about this method of recruiting “volunteers” for the war in Ukraine.

He, a native of Belgorod, received a summons from the military registration and enlistment office at the end of summer: “I was offered, since I have a lot of debts and rent arrears, I went to write off the debts in exchange for signing a contract,” says Mobik.

It’s so easy to send them to war (note, not even in the name of the Motherland, but simply to pay off the utilities)...
