To remove the tag you need a very strong magnet. In everyday life, the strongest magnets are used in hard drives. Broken discs can be bought from BUshniks on radio markets at a price of 50-100 rubles.
The magnet itself is glued and magnetized to its pad - you have to tear it off - drive a thin blade between the magnet and the plate - you have to apply force.
However, the magnet from one hard drive is not enough - it’s rather weak, I think - you need 4-5 pieces. In my case, I was lucky - I had an antique hard drive, which had 2 magnets that were larger and stronger than usual. By the way, you should be careful with such a magnet - floppy disks, plastic cards, small electronics - they can easily die from such proximity

Some tags are more robust in design, so they may require a slightly stronger magnet and its polarity may be critical. If that doesn't work out

And remove the tag.
It is possible that one end will not work - then you can turn the magnet with the other end.
