A woman was talking about the situation in Syria when her four-year-old son Ryan walked into the frame. He walked up to his mother and extended his hand to her, and then began to look at the producers and smile. Embarrassed, Courtney tried to hide her son while apologizing to viewers.
After the broadcast, she explained that she took Ryan and his twin brother to work because she had no one to leave them with.
