A retired bodybuilder from Belarus declared war on old age (7 photos)

Seventy-year-old Viktor Frosinsky from the Belarusian city of Pinsk is a very atypical pensioner. In fact, he looks much younger than his age: you would give him no more than 55, and from the back, he looks like he’s 40. And all this is thanks to his many years of passion for bodybuilding. Viktor set up a gym right in the yard of his house, where he works out every day in the morning and evening in the fresh air, maintaining excellent shape and high spirits.

70-year-old Viktor Frosinsky pumps iron every day: 30-40 minutes in the morning and up to two o’clock in the evening, emphasizing that he needs to work out constantly.

An elderly man lives in a private house, in the yard of which he set up an outdoor gym with 18-kilogram dumbbells, kettlebells, horizontal bars and barbells. Here he has everything he needs to keep himself in excellent shape.

Most of the sports equipment is homemade, assembled by local craftsmen from scrap materials. Once, many years ago, all the equipment was purchased, but it had to be sold due to the illness of the daughter (they tried to save her from leukemia).

Now Viktor is retired, and all his life he worked at the local shipyard. He became addicted to bodybuilding back in 1971, when he was doing his military service in Czechoslovakia. Since then, he has been working out regularly, without using any sports nutrition or sports injections.

Viktor eats the same as everyone else, but often: 5-6 times a day. He eats whatever he likes, including sausage and herring. He can even drink sometimes for energy, but he never abuses it.

“Everyone says: there is no time. How is there no time? There may be no money, but there is always time. Get up early: dumbbells, abs... Keep in shape, work,” the man told the journalist and jokingly noted: “Do you know what a modern man should be like? Silver in the temples, gold in the pocket and steel in the pants."

At 70, Viktor is the most shapely pensioner in Pinsk. He is not deprived of the attention of the ladies, but the man is reserved about excessive attention from the fair sex, as he remains faithful to his wife, with whom he raised a son and daughter.
