The workpiece requires a large wrench, for example, 41-46
We place it on a flat surface and arrange what is left of the bearing along the contours.
We create formwork from ordinary cardboard.
Fill the whole thing with regular silicone.
After everything has dried, turn it over and make sides on the other side. We remove the spare parts from the bearing, apply a separator and fill it with silicone again.
The return is also ready.
Now we just remove the key from the form
We put a straw inside and fill it with polyurethane foam.
Play a little with spray paint and we get a finished “projectile” weighing only 70 grams.
