An unexpected find in the river
Douglas Simcock, 39, and his family went magnetic fishing on the River Irwell in North West England on August 26 and pulled out a bag full of guns and ammunition from the water. The arsenal was carefully wrapped in a reflective vest and sunk with stones along with the bag.
The family "fished" with the help of a double-sided magnet capable of holding a weight of 300 kg
