Russian deputies cannot answer questions regarding the adopted law
Roskomnadzor is awaiting a court decision in the case of the Telegram messenger. The management of the messenger refused to hand over the encryption keys for user messages to the FSB, citing the Russian Constitution, which guarantees the secrecy of correspondence, and the lack of technical capabilities to do this. In connection with these events, Russian deputies were asked questions regarding the law that they themselves adopted, but not all politicians were able to answer.
