A rescuer from Perm talks to a frightened mongrel

A Perm rescuer has become famous on the Internet thanks to one video that depicts his work.
Two rescuers went down into the deep, narrow basement to rescue the dog. As it turned out, the animal was trapped for four days without food or water. The mongrel was noticeably thin and was shivering from the cold, because it was freezing outside.
The camera was on the young man's helmet. From the plot it is clear that for him this work is a real calling. He spoke affectionately to the dog in an attempt to calm it down. The man quickly managed to throw special ropes over the injured animal. As a result, the mongrel was pulled to the surface. This man seems to really love what he does.
