Видимо судно попало в небольшой, или кратковременный шторм, при минусовой температуре. Вот и произошло образование наледи. Сильное обледенение судна, это очень опасно. Вес льда нарушает плавучесть судна и может привести к потоплению. В таких случаях, борьба за живучесть, ведётся круглосуточно.
