In 1993, photographer Mary Lou began working on her photography project, in which she photographed the housing of homeless Americans. Mary traveled to many states, visited tent cities and slums, talked to people who have to sleep in the open air, and decided to share these pictures with those who are trying to ignore the problems of homelessness.
