Cool little thing for cleaning teeth (2 photos)

Looking at the first photo, it is difficult to understand what it is, but in fact, it is a very convenient device for cleaning teeth. They say that although the thing doesn’t look irreplaceable, after a week of using it it’s already difficult to imagine how you managed without it :)
