It is located at the Monticello Dam's in northern California. This pipe is capable of passing through 1370 cubic meters of water per second. The depth of the hole is 21 meters. From top to bottom it has the shape of a cone, the diameter of which at the top is 21.6 meters, and towards the bottom it narrows to 8.4 meters.
