In 2011, Ercole and Paolo Spada unveiled the open-top Codatronca Monza. Built to custom order based on the Codatronca TS coupe, it featured a two-seat layout and a low windscreen over an open cockpit.
According to the official press release, its aluminum V8—displacing over seven liters—produced 700 hp. Matched with a six-speed manual gearbox, the engine delivered power to the rear wheels.
Drivers could select one of three traction control modes or disable the system entirely. For track outings, the car featured onboard telemetry capable of recording up to 80 hours of data.
The distinctive truncated tail ties the Monza to the earlier TS coupe—a styling feature directly reflected in the name Codatronca.
