An unexpected encounter on the road: a hawk crashed into a car

A red-tailed hawk crashed into a car traveling down the highway at about 97 km/h. After the hard impact, the bird sat on the hood for several minutes, seemingly in shock, while the driver filmed the scene from inside the car. Then the hawk recovered and flew away.
