Ears with a tail: the Japanese propose inserting hamster butts into earlobes (2 photos)
A Japanese designer under the pseudonym Moko Shibata has once again proven that the Asian gadget market is ready to monetize absolutely any, even the most absurd, expressions of human tenderness. He developed a concept for wireless headphones shaped like the backside of a fluffy hamster, so that when using the device, it feels as if a live rodent has its head stuck in your ear canal. Only tiny paws and a pink, beady tail stick out, touchingly enough, intended to evoke wild delight in passersby. While animal rights activists are relieved that only common sense was sacrificed in the production of this device, fans of Apple's minimalism can only resign themselves to a new era of Asian kitsch.
