Former South African police chief Julius Mkhawanazi became extremely agitated during a corruption case. He began sweating profusely and decided to wipe his forehead with a paper napkin. Part of the napkin stuck to his head.
In 2025, the former official was suspended from office on a number of charges, including corruption, fraud, and abuse of power.
