A 27-year-old man allegedly accidentally spilled gasoline from a canister at a gas station in Brazil and then walked away. A few minutes later, he returned and ignited the gasoline.
Some time later, he returned again with a lighter and canister in hand. He was chased away by drivers and then detained by police.
