McLaren will release 10 exclusive Artura Spider supercars (10 photos)

To celebrate its tenth Formula 1 Constructors' Championship victory, McLaren has released a special "fire" Artura Spider Championship Edition. The supercar will be limited to ten units.





McLaren Special Operations was responsible for the design of this special edition car. Each car's livery is hand-painted in Mayan Orange and Onyx Black, echoing the design of the McLaren MCL39 race car, which won the championship in 2025. The image also contains several hidden Easter eggs, including the number 10 and the outlines of past championship-winning cars.

The supercar will also feature glossy black Super-Lightweight Dynamo forged wheels and a sports exhaust.

The black theme with fiery orange accents continues inside. The number 10 is embroidered on the seats, and the steering wheel's center marker is also finished in the same shade. Nappa leather and Alcantara were used for the trim, and each car also includes a plaque listing the team's victories, pole positions, and fastest laps during the championship season. The door sill plates are signed by the racing team's drivers, Oscar Piastri, and Lando Norris, who won the Formula 1 championship in 2025.

The supercar is powered by a 600-horsepower mild-hybrid powertrain, including a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. Acceleration from 0 to 60 km/h takes 3 seconds.

The release date and pricing for the exclusive McLaren Artura Spider Championship Edition have not yet been announced. As a bonus, buyers will receive signed driver souvenirs and commemorative plaques.
