On Monday, December 15, a replica of the Statue of Liberty collapsed into a store parking lot in Brazil. The "collapse of democracy" occurred against the backdrop of a McDonald's restaurant. 
Video captured the moment the structure slowly tilted and then fell into the store parking lot. There were no injuries.
A replica of the Statue of Liberty fell in the city of Guaíba (Rio Grande do Sul).
