A medieval-themed fighting league called Armored MMA is popular in Nashville. Two fighters fight in a cage, but they don't wear gloves, but rather knightly armor.

The creators have released a video featuring epic moments.

Звідки у США взялася реконструкторська школа саме по тій епосі? Наші та європейські школи, думаю, дали б їм фору хоча б завдяки великому досвіду спільних боїв.
Зате північноамериканські реконструктори дуже сильні в періоді кінця епохи димного пороху.

У США перше об’єднання реконструкторів з’явилося у 1966 році й досі існує.
Реально серйозні речі почали з’являтися вже у 2000-х. Тож говорити про якийсь "великий досвід" — доволі умовно. Але в Європі та Україні це справді дуже розвинено.
