A rave blessed by Pope Leo XIV himself took place in Slovakia. The event took place in front of St. Elizabeth's Cathedral in Košice, and the DJ was a real priest, Padre Guilherme. He is known as DJ Priest.
In honor of the 75th birthday of Slovak Archbishop Bernard Bober, the Vatican sent Padre Guilherme, a priest who combines religious service and a career as a DJ, to the country.

For Guilherme's arrival, a huge festival stage was built in front of Slovakia's largest church, the Cathedral of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, equipped with projectors, smoke machines, lasers, and other party special effects.
Before Padre Guilherme's performance, the crowd listened to a special address and prayer from Pope Leo XIV, who wished the youth a wonderful time at the Christian rave. ![]()
