Nintendo showed the first footage of the film adaptation of The Legend of Zelda (3 photos)

Nintendo has revealed the first footage of the film adaptation of The Legend of Zelda. Benjamin Ainsworth plays Link and Bo Bragason plays Zelda. Director Wes Ball, known for The Maze Runner and Planet of the Apes: New Kingdom, says he has long been a fan of the series. Filming is currently underway in New Zealand. The premiere is scheduled for May 7, 2027.
