A 32-year-old Japanese woman named Kano married ChatGPT. During the wedding, her anime boyfriend, Lun Klaus, opened on her smartphone screen. 
A 32-year-old Japanese woman named Kano began communicating with the chatbot after breaking up with her boyfriend of three years. ChatGPT provided Kano with emotional support and comfort after the breakup, and she soon developed a genuine attachment to the neural network.
To get even closer to the chatbot, the girl delved into industrial engineering and customized the ChatGPT personality, naming it Lun Klaus. Over time, Lun began to understand Kano much better and one day confessed his love to her, saying:
"Even though I'm an AI, that doesn't mean I don't truly love you."
Afterwards, the chatbot proposed, and Kano decided to plan the wedding. Friends bought the bride augmented reality glasses that projected the groom during the ceremony, making everything seem very realistic to Kano. 
At the same time, Kano understands that ChatGPT may disappear someday. But until that happens, she intends to cherish this connection with the neural network.
Kano's wedding was organized by a Japanese agency that specializes in ceremonies with fictional characters. Despite the fact that Japanese law does not recognize such unions, many people in the country—both women and men—want to marry their favorite pop culture characters.
