Hooligans gave a boy an offensive tattoo on his forehead (5 photos + (1 video)
A ten-year-old boy named Khao from Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand, was bullied by his classmates. They used a homemade tattoo gun to ink a curse word on his forehead and tattoo designs on his arms and legs. 
Janjira Kewket, a local tattoo artist, saw the post on social media and immediately offered to help. On October 4th, she performed the procedure at her shop: first, she applied numbing cream, then laser-removed the inscription.
Kevket said, "I was shocked that someone would dare to tattoo such a young child. But I assured him that the tattoos could be easily removed because they were done with a needle attached to a pen." 
The woman noted that the removal procedure took only 15 minutes, but due to the boy's young age, the anesthesia had to be left on for an hour.
"The tattoos weren't just on his forehead, but also on his legs. More than ten in total."
The boy explained that he was simply following his classmates' instructions.
It will take three sessions to completely remove Kao's tattoos. The artist promised to do it for free.
