For several days now, social media has been buzzing about Alla Pugacheva's interview—her first in 3.5 years. The famous singer asked not to be called a prima donna (she doesn't like it), but she really likes the term "woman who sings." She currently lives in Latvia, where she rents a house by the sea for 60,000 euros per month.

The house has two parts: the 100-year-old Villa Marta, inspired by Linderhof Palace, and a newer section, built in the 1990s by Latvian-born German architect Meinhard von Gerkan.
