At a store in the US, a black man cried for no apparent reason while filling a bag with bottles of alcohol. A security guard simply stood by and watched.
The security guards apparently followed a "no interference" policy, to avoid being seen as racist or causing a scandal. It's surprising that the guard didn't hug him or offer him a hug or call a taxi. The bag was quite heavy.
