A hard landing of a plane on a Caribbean island (1 photo + 2 videos)
On the island of Sint Maarten, the plane's landing gear was damaged during landing. The hard landing was caught on video. 
The footage shows how the landing gear was damaged after landing due to a strong impact with the ground. The plane continued to move along the runway for some time before coming to a complete stop.
After this, the passengers were forced to evacuate using emergency slides, and firefighters also quickly arrived at the scene. As an additional safety measure, the plane was doused with foam.
