They drew the lotus symbol inside the potholes and patches, and where there was nothing to draw on, they put cut-out pictures. Many specially brought with them pictures in the colors of the orange-green lotus, which is the symbol of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. So that it supposedly has a conscience - here are your undone deeds!
