Australian regrets getting involved with a transgender person in Thailand (4 photos + 1 video)

A man in his 50s refused to pay a sex worker in Pattaya. The Australian was overcome with anger and began to stalk the 38-year-old prostitute named Panya. Local residents intervened.





The footage from July 23 shows a tourist chasing a frightened sex worker. She runs up to parked motorcycles, and the footage ends. According to eyewitnesses, two motorcycle taxi drivers stood up for Panya.

A fight allegedly broke out and the Australian was knocked down. Paramedics found him unconscious on the pavement with a bleeding head wound.





Taxi drivers, who often act as local law enforcement officers, gave statements to police at the scene.

One of them said: “They had a fight because he refused to pay for the service. My eldest tried to resolve the conflict, but the man hit him. I was hit too. We fought back."

The fight took place on Soi Buakhao, a popular nightlife street.



Panya said she had been drinking with the Australian, but he refused to pay her.

"I went on a date with a foreigner, but he was drunk and acting stupid. I decided to leave. He kept chasing me. The motorcyclists didn't immediately understand what was happening. They tried to stop him, but he grabbed a chair and chased them. The situation quickly got out of control," the Thai woman shared.

Police are reviewing CCTV footage from the area.
