US President Donald Trump has come up with a new unusual way to combat illegal migrants from Mexico. 
Donald Trump has ordered the wall on the border with Mexico to be painted black so that it will heat up in the sun, preventing illegal migrants from climbing over it. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told reporters.
Noem noted that the wall is quite high, and it is also dug deep into the ground so that it is impossible to dig a tunnel under it. 
The minister said that, on Trump's orders, the entire southern wall will be painted black to ensure that people do not enter American territory illegally. 
According to her, the budget laws recently passed by Congress provide for large-scale funding for construction work on the US-Mexican border. Every day, the line of protective structures expands by almost a kilometer. Noem also announced the installation of water border barriers.
In February last year, Bloomberg wrote that the resumption of construction of a wall against migrants on the border with Mexico is supported by the majority of Americans (53%). 61% of respondents also called illegal migration the most serious problem for the United States.
