In South Dakota, young people lost their sense of self-preservation. People took small photo sessions or filmed themselves against the backdrop of a dancing tornado. 
State authorities strongly recommended that residents stay in shelters, but some people decided to take risks for the sake of spectacular shots.
One guy even proposed to his other half.
