The information was officially confirmed by Microsoft, which noted that the messenger would stop working on May 5. All users are being transferred to Teams for free. They promise the same functionality: video, calls, chats, meetings, calendar.
Skype was launched in 2003. Back then, it revolutionized. You could make calls over the Internet for free, even abroad. At the peak of its popularity, two billion people used the messenger. After the pandemic, everything began to collapse.
