In Brazil, a dishonest stranger climbed a cell tower to steal wires, but he quickly realized that he couldn’t get down from a height of 40 meters. Eyewitnesses to the accident called emergency services, and soon both firefighters and police officers arrived at the pole with the prisoner.
At first, the thief did not want to cooperate and shouted that he would not allow anyone to get close to the tower. But after hanging in a dangerous position for some time, he changed his mind and still allowed himself to be saved.
As soon as the thief found himself on solid ground, he was handcuffed and taken to the police station. It remains unclear whether he was unable to get down from the height for some physical reasons or simply out of fear.
