A mad Korean set fire to a high-rise building with a flamethrower, forcing residents to jump out of windows

A 60-year-old man entered a 21-story building and started a fire on the fourth floor using a pesticide sprayer converted into a flamethrower. Three people tried to escape the fire through a window and died.
Eleven people were also injured in the incident, five of whom are in serious condition. The arsonist fled the scene on a motorcycle and is being sought.
