42-year-old teacher admitted to having sex with a student in in her office (2 photos + 1 video)

Emily Nutley, 42, worked at St. Xavier's High School in Springfield. She began tutoring the victim in the fall of 2023 because he was struggling with his grades. After some time, they began dating outside of school.





The investigation established that Nutley sent the student nude photos of herself and text messages of a sexual nature. The teacher and student had "numerous meetings and sexual relationships" in the fall of 2023. On at least one occasion, Nutley had sex with the teenager in her office at school.



On Monday, April 7, the woman pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault. She could face up to 10 years in prison. She was initially charged with six counts of rape.

Natley was fired from the school in October 2024. She is currently at large. Her final sentencing is scheduled for June 10.
