Guler Erdogan's life was cut short by a ridiculous accident. 
On April 1, model and Miss Europe Kosovo titleholder Guler Erdogan died in the Turkish city of Geresun, CNN Türk reports. 
According to the TV channel, the girl came to her hometown for the Eid al-Adha holiday with her family. At night, she and her friends visited a club where she celebrated the end of the month of Ramadan, after which she got behind the wheel drunk and crashed into a police checkpoint.
The breathalyzer showed 1.70 ppm, and realizing what she had done, Erdogan decided to run away. She abandoned the car and tried to escape. Running onto the overpass, the model stumbled and fell onto the roadway, where she died under the wheels of a car. 
Turkish police have launched an investigation into the death of a girl. It is reported that the deceased had mental problems. 
Erdogan has attempted suicide on the Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul in the past.
