In the US, a teenager created an app to diagnose heart disease
Teenager Develops AI App That Can Detect Heart Disease in Seconds
Siddharth Nandyala, a 14-year-old teenager from Dallas, has developed an innovative app for diagnosing heart disease. His development, called Circadian AI, can detect cardiovascular pathologies in just seven seconds by analyzing heartbeat sounds recorded through a smartphone microphone.
The young inventor has already received worldwide recognition as the youngest certified AI specialist, holding certificates from Oracle and ARM. His app has undergone extensive testing on more than 15,000 patients in the United States and 700 patients in India, demonstrating an impressive 96 percent diagnostic accuracy.
The technology was tested at the Government General Hospital in the Indian city of Guntur, where it proved its effectiveness. At the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit in Hyderabad, Siddharth emphasized that he created his application primarily for regions with limited access to medical care, where rapid diagnostics can save lives.
The Chief Minister of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu, after meeting the young genius, noted his outstanding abilities and promised support for further developments. Despite his young age, Siddharth has already completed high school and is now pursuing higher education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he is studying computer science.
