Two dogs that chased a 14-year-old motorcyclist caused an accident - the chaos they caused on the road caused a collision between cars. 
A resident of Khon Kaen (Thailand), who is the owner of dogs, assessed the scale of the destruction and said that he cannot pay any compensation to anyone. But since it was his animals that caused the accident, the owner added that he is ready to go to jail instead of them. The man also explained that usually the pets Damdam and Dukdik are calm, but teenagers often provoke them, deliberately scaring them with the sharp roar of motorcycle engines.
The police later said that all the cars involved were insured, and all the participants in the accident came to an agreement regarding the damage caused. So no one will go to jail - neither the dogs nor their owner.
