A 21-year-old used Ferrari is about to be sold for a record price (15 photos)
A Ferrari Enzo supercar assembled in the summer of 2004 has been put up for sale in Holland. Despite the serious mileage of 17.2 thousand kilometers by the standards of this class, they are asking 4,521,940 euros or 4.75 million dollars for the car. Currently, the price record for this model is 4.4 million dollars.
Ferrari produced only 400 copies of the Enzo model. The supercar, named after the founder of the brand, was considered the flagship model of the brand at the time of its debut in 2002. It was developed with the active involvement of technologies from the world of Formula 1, including the widespread use of carbon fiber, and equipped with a 12-cylinder engine of a new generation at that time.
The six-liter naturally aspirated engine on the Enzo developed 660 hp and 657 Nm. The engine worked with an automated "mechanics" and accelerated the supercar to 100 km/ h in 3.65 seconds with a maximum speed of 350 km/ h.
The Enzo put up for sale has a classic combination of a Rosso Corsa body and a black leather interior. As a separate advantage of this example, the seller states that since its creation, the supercar has belonged to one owner. The proposed deal is called a rare opportunity, and the car itself is an attractive investment.
