The only sports car in the world, the BMW Hamann Thunder, was spotted in Ukraine (10 photos)

Hamann Thunder is a true tuning legend of the 2000s, which was born thanks to the skill of Hamann engineers. This unique car is built on the basis of the BMW M3 E92, but with a radically changed “stuffing”.



The main highlight of the project was the engine: the standard V8 gave way to the V10 from the BMW M5. As a result, the car’s power increased to an impressive 560 horsepower, which provides Thunder not only speed, but also a powerful character.





The Hamann Thunder made its debut at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, where it caused a sensation among car tuning fans.

Later, the car received an updated design with a new bumper and a massive wing, which only added to its aggressiveness and aerodynamic efficiency.



It is interesting that Hamann Thunder exists only in a single copy. For a long time, it belonged to the Hamann company itself, decorating the exposition at their headquarters.

However, today the legendary German tuning studio is going through difficult times, which forces it to sell its assets, including a collection of unique cars. Thanks to this, one of our compatriots was able to purchase this masterpiece and bring it to Ukraine.



Now Hamann Thunder has a Kyiv registration, joining the ranks of exceptional cars that can be found on Ukrainian roads. This is not only technical perfection, but also a piece of car tuning history, which now belongs to a Ukrainian car enthusiast.
