Construction of the exclusive Rawelin 8 residential building has begun in Warsaw, in the Ursinów district. The creators of the project were inspired by the history of Fort VIII. They offer future residents of the elite complex a unique combination of luxury and historical surroundings.

The complex is being built between the Fort Służew quarter and the restored remains of the Fort VIII fortress.

The new architectural object reproduces a long-destroyed fortification. To create it, the architects used historical documents from the archives and elements of brick and stone masonry discovered during excavations to recreate the exact dimensions and details of the lost structure.

According to media reports, the cost of real estate in the new complex can reach from 25 to 45 thousand zlotys per square meter. The new building will have 15 luxury apartments. The area of the smallest apartment will be at least 150 square meters.

Thus, buying a home in Rawelin 8 will require an investment of 6 million zlotys and more.

All residential units are designed on two levels, and the unique penthouse, located in the "artillery tower", will have three floors.

The project is aimed at wealthy clients who value exclusivity, comfort and a unique location in the historical part of the capital of Poland. The new "fortress" for millionaires promises to become not only a symbol of luxury, but also an architectural decoration of the area.
